Essay Contest: Evolution vs. Creation

 

Seasons of Hope is pleased to offer a special grant opportunity for youth interested in attending The Ark Encounter and Creation Museum in Williamstown, Kentucky. This grant is part of our ongoing donation campaign to raise funds for an educational trip that encourages critical thinking about the origins of the world. As part of this initiative, we are hosting an essay contest for eligible youth, giving them the chance to win an all-expense-paid trip to these remarkable venues.

Essay Contest: Evolution vs. Creation

Objective: This contest encourages youth to explore critical thinking regarding the origins of the world. Participants are invited to write an essay comparing Evolution and Creation theories, sharing their perspective on which they find more compelling.

Eligibility: Open to youth ages 12 to 17.

​

Essay Topic: Write an essay comparing Evolution and Creation theories, presenting your viewpoint on which theory you find most convincing. Be sure to support your argument with logical reasoning and evidence.

Guidelines:

• Language: English

• Word Count: 1000 to 1500 words

• Essays must demonstrate clear grammar and spelling.

• Proper citation of sources is required.

Selection Process: A panel of judges will review submissions and select the top 10 based on clarity, logical reasoning, supporting evidence, and originality.

​

Prize: The top 10 participants will win an all-expense-paid trip to visit The Ark Encounter and Creation Museum in Williamsburg, Kentucky.
